Using the printer
Using the Reference Guide and Photo Print Software Setup
To use your printer, you need to have Microsoft® Windows® XP, Me, 98, 95, or 2000 installed.
USB connection:
To connect your printer via a standard, shielded USB 1.1 cable, you need a Windows XP, 98, or 2000 pre-installed PC equipped with a USB port. For Windows Me users, your PC must be a Windows Me pre-installed model or upgraded from a Windows 98 pre-installed model.
Parallel connection:
When connecting to a parallel port, use a shielded, twisted-pair parallel cable.
Your computer should also meet the following system requirements.
