Saving files to the memory card

Make sure the printer is on and a memory card is inserted.

For Windows XP users:
Click Start and select My Computer.

For Windows Me, 98 and 2000 users:
Double-click the My Computer icon on your desktop.

Double-click the removable disk icon and the folder you want to save the image file.

Note:
  • If you have set a volume label, it is displayed as the drive name. If you have not set the volume label, "removable disk" is displayed as the drive name (Windows XP).
  • Insert the memory card correctly, otherwise an error message will appear. If this happens, click Cancel and insert the memory card correctly.

Select the image file and drag it to the folder you want to save to.
