Copying files to your computer
The memory card slot can be used in the same way as a floppy disk drive. This section provides instructions on how to transfer image files to your computer from the memory card in the memory card slot.
Precautions for copying files
For Windows Me and 98, the memory card driver must be installed. The memory card driver is automatically installed when you install the printer software for the first time.

Copying files to your computer

Make sure this printer is on and a memory card is inserted.

For Windows XP users: Click Start and select My Computer.
|
For Windows Me, 98 and 2000 users:
Double-click the My Computer icon on your desktop.

Double-click the removable disk icon and the folder in which image files are saved.

If you have set a volume label, it is displayed as the drive name. If you have not set the volume label, "removable disk" displayed as the drive name (Windows XP).

Insert the memory card correctly, otherwise an error message will appear. If this happens, click Cancel and insert the memory card correctly.

Select the image file and drag it to the folder you want to transfer to.
