Accessing help from the Windows Start menu

Your printer software has an extensive online help feature that provides you with instructions on printing, making printer driver settings, and using printer utilities.

Refer to the appropriate section below.

Accessing help from your application

Choose Print or Print Setup from the File menu. Then, click Printer, Setup, Options, or Properties. (Depending on your application, you may need to click a combination of these buttons.) Click Help at the bottom of the Main, Paper, Layout, or Utility menu for help with the items on that menu.

You can get specific help with any item on a menu by right-clicking the item, then clicking the What's This? command.

Accessing help from the Windows Start menu

Click Start, point to Programs (For Windows Me, 98, 95 and 2000) or All Programs (Windows XP) and EPSON (Windows Me, 98, and 95) or EPSON Printers (Windows XP and 2000), and then click EPSON Stylus C42 Series Help. The help contents window opens.
