Uninstalling Creativity Suite Applications

You can uninstall applications you don't need. Follow the steps below.

For Windows

Note:
  • To uninstall applications in Windows XP, you must log on to a Computer Administrator account. You cannot uninstall applications if you log on as a limited user.
  • To uninstall applications in Windows 2000, you must log on as a user with administrative privileges (belonging to the Administrator's group).

In Windows XP, click Start, then select Control Panel. In Windows Me, 98, or 2000, click Start, point to Settings, then select Control Panel.

Double-click the Add or Remove Programs icon.

Choose the software you want to uninstall from the list of programs.

Click Change/Remove in Windows XP or 2000, or Add/Remove in Windows Me or 98.

When the confirmation message appears, click Yes.

Follow the on-screen instructions.

For Mac OS X

Note:
  • To uninstall applications you must log on to a Computer Administrator account. You cannot uninstall applications if you log on as a Limited account user.
  • Depending on the application, the Installer may be separated from the Uninstaller.

Insert the software CD into the CD-ROM drive. The EPSON software CD opens automatically.

Open the application folder to uninstall, then double-click your language folder if necessary.

Double-click the Installer or Uninstaller icon. If the Authenticate dialog box appears, enter the Password or phrase. Then follow the on-screen instructions.
