To access the utilities provided in the EPSON driver you need to click on the desktop and then click File and then select Print desktop. Now click on the Tools icon (spanner and screwdriver) and select the Utility you would like to use.

Proceed by clicking on an empty space on your Desktop. Now click File and select Print Desktop. This will present you with the Print options screen. Click the Tools icon (spanner and screwdriver).

You can now select the utility you would like to use.
