Why doesn’t the Copy function on the
EPSON smart panel work on my Perfection 1250, 1650 and 2450 scanners when
using a non-EPSON printer?
To resolve this issue you will need to download and install an update.
This patch is available from http://www.newsoftinc.com.
If the Copy function doesn’t work within the specified conditions you will need to download a patch to update the EPSON Smart Panel.
You can download this patch from the following link: http://www.newsoftinc.com/
Save the file to the desired location. When Downloading is finished double click the file and follow the onscreen instructions.
