Pages Per Sheet Printing

Lets you use the printer driver to print two or four pages on a single sheet of paper.

Note:

This feature may not be available at some settings.

Printer settings for Windows

Access the printer settings.

Select Multi-Page and then select the Pages per Sheet in the Page Layout tab.

Choose the desired number of pages and page order.

Check the other settings and print.

Access the Print dialog box.

Select the desired number of Pages Per Sheet and the Layout Direction (page order) in the Layout pane.

Check the other settings and print.
