Twain driver is designed from EPSON. We've done the test and we find that every time you start to scan with EPSON Twain driver, the resolution is always set on 150dpi. If you want to keep the setting, please click the Settings button opens the Settings dialog box, where you can save all of the currently selected settings as a group of custom settings with a name you provide.
