Scan to E-mail supports Outlook Express 4.5 / 5.0; MS Outlook 98 / 2000; MS Exchange 97 base on the original specification when it was released.

Therefore, you need to add a Patch of "esp202p01-x.exe" to cover more e-mail programs.

You can find the patch at the URL:

After installing the Patch, please check the version of your Smart Panel, it should be v2.02p01. You can get the information about the version of Smart Panel with the following instructions:
1. Start Smart Panel program and click the bulb.
2. Your version number is contained in the about section of Smart Panel.
3. To view this dialog, click the about button on the pull down menu.

The patch of Smart Panel will support more e-mail programs, such as Outlook Express 6.0, Outlook 2002.

Note: when starting Scan to E-mail and click [finish] after scanning images with Twain driver, please remember to click [Refresh List], you can see the supported e-mail programs, which were installed, in your computer.
