Currently, Smart Panel supports JPEG compressed files; not a standard JEPG files.

However, most applications support JPEG compressed files. You may not allow opening the file in Imaging since it does not support this kind of file format.

Open the scanned file in other applications such as PhotoShop, CorelDraw, PhotoImpact, and so on.t
