Remove Epson Smart Panel by using Uninstall:
1. Go to Epson Smart Panel group (Start-->Program-->Epson Smart Panel-->Uninstall Epson Smart Panel)
2. Launch Uninstall to remove Epson Smart Panel.
After uninstalling Epson Smart Panel, please follow the steps to reinstall Epson Smart Panel.
1. Unplug the USB cable from Epson scanner.
2. Insert the Epson Smart Panel installation CD.
3. Follow the screen instructions and install all the applications.
4. Restart the computer.
5. Plug the USB cable from Epson scanner after your Windows restarted successfully.

Note: Please make sure that the system detects the machine and the driver should be copied automatically. You can get a icon of Epson scanner from the full-down menu of Imaging Device in Windows Control Panel> System

If you cannot find this item or Epson scanner is with an exclamation mark, it means that the scanner driver is not installed successfully. Please try to reinstall it with the above steps, or you need to contact Epson tech support for further assistance link: http://support.epson.com/contacts.html
6. Start using Epson Smart Panel.
