What should I do if I get an error “ there is no registry data for Epson Smart Panel” on windows XP while using Smart Panel Version 2.0?

Instructions

1. Login Windows XP with a user account that you have installed Smart Panel previously.
2. Uninstall Smart Panel and delete Epson folder under your hard disk.
3. Close all the running applications. This includes virus protection, screen savers, and other softwares that may be running in the background. This is to avoid the possible conflicts with other softwares. Please refer to each application for closing down.
4. Reinstall the Smart Panel as the same administrative privilege as you installed the system previously.

Note: Unplug the USB cable from the scanner before you finish the installation.
