When using the copy function to scan an A4 image with my EPSON Scanner, Why is the printed result missing around 20mm from the bottom margin?

To ensure that the entire scanned image (excluding margins within specification of printer) is printed correctly you will need to configure the Copy function correctly. Please follow the below guidelines to correct the issue.

Proceed by opening the Copy Utility. Select Device Settings. Ensure you have the desired Output Device selected and click Settings. This will open the driver settings for the printer. Select the Paper tab.

Ensure that the paper size is A4 (210 x 297 mm) and if desired select Maximum in the Printable area field to use the printers full capability and reduce the margins further.
Note: Printers supporting edge to edge printing can select No Margins at this screen.

Click OK to apply the changes. Click Copy (Green button) and your printer will produce the desired result.
