I have an ATI Radeon Graphics card, why do
I get the following error message when I try to print: Journal.Dll file
not found or missing?
To solve this issue please uninstall Hydravision. To uninstall please
right click on the ATI icon on the task bar and select Uninstall Hydravision.
This issue is caused by a conflict between EPSON Spool Manager 4 and Hydravision. Hydravision is the desktop management tool supplied with ATI Radeon Graphics cards. Hydravision needs to be uninstalled to remedy the issue. To uninstall Hydravision please right click on the ATI icon on your task bar and select Uninstall Hydravision. This will now uninstall. After un-installing please reboot your computer and you can now print successfully.
