Why doesn’t the Microsoft Word software launch when using the OCR option on the EPSON Smart Panel on Mac OS Classic?
The Microsoft Word application doesn’t launch due to an incomplete installation of the MS Office suite. To rectify this you will need to reinstall MS Office with all the options selected.
